InspirationAs I painted this painting right on the beach, I couldn't help but put the umbrella right in the center of the canvas. I weighted the canvas on the left with the sail from the Catamaran to balance it. As I painted with three other painters, they kept pointing that out but it didn't distract me from doing a good painting. As East Coast painter Tm Nicholas would say " something needs to go in the center".
