Inspiration	"Kailuana, Kailua Lily Pond" was done on location from the home of Bob and Elaine Reeve's. Elaine is a artist with a flair for painting and decorating. Their house is a dream home and every corner has her magic touch. Bob is a engineer and has made incredible features in the home. Once, while house-sitting for them, I boasted to Elaine over the phone that I had done 10 laps in their pool, I later learned that Bob does 100 laps 3 times a week! The painting was done in three sessions and when I got overheated, I just dove in the pool to cool off.
