1) Sales/Ordering Questions
The annual plan is the best and gives the most benefits. If you are a seasonal artist then the monthly, quarterly, semiannual membership might be best but does not include some of the special offers and discounts.
Sorry, due the the complexities of tracking/managing students... transfer of membership/club pass is not allowed

A. Yes our program requires you subscribe using safe and secure Paypal. This allow us to keep our administrative cost low and pass more value to our customers. Using Paypal ensures that our customers maintain complete control of their subscription payments. This also allows you to easily cancel/terminate your subscription anytime.

IMPORTANT - NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED: You do not need to have a PayPal account to subscribe via PayPal. You can just use your debit or credit card on checkout by clicking on the "Checkout as Guest OR Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button (see graphic below).


A. WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.


WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you don't have a PayPal account, you should contact the merchant directly to cancel the agreement.

If you can't contact the merchant, you should contact PayPal Customer Service by phone. Here's how:

  1. Go to the PayPal website.
  2. Click Help at the top of the page.
  3. Click Call customer support 1 (888) 221-1161.
  4. Click You can always Call us as a Guest.

Please note that after canceling a payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement, you are still required to pay the merchant for the goods or services you received. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.

A. If you cancel your subscription prior to your expiration date, we will multiply the number of months you were active times our monthly rate. If the total is below the amount you paid, you will be refunded the difference. If the total is above the amount you paid, there is no refund.

  • 8 am to 9 am - Instructor demo.
  • 9 am to 11:30 am - Painting time, with instructor visiting every artist, and giving encouragement / feedback on painting, usually visiting every artist at least twice.
  • 11:30 am to 12 noon - Artists as a group, led to every painting with instructor offering up compliments, and suggestions on how the painting can be made stronger / improved. This way all artist can all learn from the strengths and weaknesses of each artists. This open critique as well as the demo are not mandatory, but they do give artists a springboard to experiment and try new methods.
  • As soon as you subscribe we will email you a temporary pass in 24 hours that you can use to participate weekly class event. You will receive a more permanent pass in 7-10 days.
