Inspiration	Queens is a favorite location of mine and as Oahu started to open up again, I felt the energy to take on a 48" x 60" on location. I got to the beach by 7am and everything fell into place. The weather was good and I painted nonstop until 6pm and it felt right. The best part was the onlookers that kept me company. I was tired and packed up to leave carrying a wet painting, a back pack and a smaller French easel to mix my paints on. I left behind my larger easel for a 2nd trip but just as i got to my van, a warm and friendly skateboarder dropped that off to me with a big smile. Right on!
